San Anotnio, TX - SABCS 2002 - The Alamo, a symbol of freedom and independance in Texas, is located in San Antonio where 110 men died in a battle with Mexican troops in an effort to make Texas a U.S. state. Located 1 block from the 25th annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium here today, Dec. 12th, 2002. About 5,000 people attended the conference this year, up almost 1,000 attendees over last year.
